Hoodoo Brown BBQ Coming to Ridgefield

A new barbecue joint will open in Ridgefield on May 15.

Hoodoo Brown BBQ is a joint venture between Cody Sperry and Chris Sexton, both of whom grew up in Ridgefield along with renowned pitmaster Nestor Laracuente, according to CT Bites.

Laracuente was previously a pitmaster at Hometown Bar-B-Que located in Red Hook, Brooklyn, according to the New York Times.

The joint will be located just south of the intersection of routes 7 and 35 at 967 Ethan Allen Highway.
