It's a New Chapter for the Theater Barn

We've made many changes over the course of the last year. We've restructured our Board of Directors, welcoming some excellent new people to the board, and saying goodbye to a few that have moved on to different projects. We've taken the last year to re-assess, reorganize, and re-energize. We've held on to what was working, and revamped things that needed to evolve.

The next step is to hire a new Executive Director to take the lead, and start us along the path to our next chapter - the launching of a capital campaign, and expanding our space so we can accomodate all of the new and innovative programming we want to bring to the community.

We are so thrilled to announce that Pamme Jones, who has served as a board member for several years, and President of the board since 2014, started as our Executive Director this Monday, September 11th.

Those that know Pamme, realize what a perfect fit she is for the role of Executive Director. She is a seasoned business women, and natural communicator. She has been involved with the theater community for decades, and has been an active part of the Ridgefield community for even longer. Her intelligence, talent, and attitude are everything we were looking for, and the fact that she is a delight to work with is icing on the cake.
