Letter To The Editor: 'Seniors Support Aimee'
Aimee will fight for seniors, not only to preserve and expand access to healthcare and senior services, but also women's rights, gun safety
As a senior, I am supporting Aimee Berger-Girvalo as Ridgefield’s State Representative because she will work to ensure that the future for our children and grandchildren will be one that embraces equality, inclusion and diversity rather than one that eschews these values. The Trump administration is actively working to turn back the clock on civil rights for women and minorities and voting protections. The only thing that protects our CT citizens are our state laws which serve as a backstop to the Trump administration’s policies. Aimee will fight for seniors, not only to preserve and expand access to healthcare and senior services, but also women's rights, gun safety, and civil rights with equality for all. Locally, Aimee is a strong supporter of our community character, schools and businesses. Vote for Aimee and all the Democratic candidates on Line A: Biden/Harris, Himes, Haskell, Berger-Girvalo (111th) or Gucker (138th).
