Morgan Stanley Smith Barney to Open New Ridgefield Office

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney has reportedly signed a 10-year lease for a new 8,629 square foot office in the Executive Pavilion located at 90 Grove Street in Ridgefield.

According to a report on CoStar.com, the financial services firm will open a new wealth management office in the two-story, 59,000-square-foot office building.

Kyle Ely of Goodfellow Ashmore reportedly represented building owner Stephen Hicks of Southridge Holdings in the lease transaction. Stephen Baker of Cushman  & Wakefield represented Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, according to the report.

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney reportedly already has an office in Ridgefield at 75 Danbury Road.
