NCL Nutmeg to support Habitat’s Annual Volunteer Social

The Nutmeg Chapter of the National Charity League (NCL) will support Housatonic Habitat for Humanity’s Annual Volunteer Social to be held on September 12th at Housatonic Habitat, 51 Austin St, Danbury. The mother-daughter organization will create table centerpieces for the event. NCL Nutmeg has been a long-time supporter of Housatonic Habitat. The annual event recognizes volunteers and others who have supported Housatonic Habitat over the past year.

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity focuses on making a meaningful difference in the lives of qualified working families by promoting financial stability and self-sufficiency through ownership of affordable homes. Households often consist of those who have limited assets and who have jobs that also have income caps.
