New Cafe to Open on Danbury Road in Ridgefield
It'll move into the former home of the Cucumber & Chamomile tea shop, next to Tony's Deli.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — A new eatery is preparing to open in town.
Fork In The Road Market received approval for a freestanding sign from the town Architectural Advisory Committee earlier this week., the Ridgefield Press reported.
Town records indicate that an application was submitted and issued on February 11 for alterations and/or additions to the property at 3 Danbury Road, former home of the Cucumber & Chamomile tea shop, next to Tony's Deli.
The new business has yet to receive approval from the town health department
The establishment's current minimal Facebook entry promises "Cafe + Local Marketplace. A cozy cottage experience. Opening soon"
