New Class Of CT Judges, Magistrates Has Ridgefield Connection

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Gov. Ned Lamont Tuesday swore in the newest class of Superior Court judges and family support magistrates and the ceremony had a Danbury connection.

Jennifer J. Tunnard, 57, of Ridgefield, is a Fordham University and Touro College graduate. She has been practicing law for 30 years, and was a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Jennifer DeCastro Tunnard, where she primarily worked as a litigator/trial attorney. Before entering private practice, she was an assistant district attorney for the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office for six years, working in the Appeals Unit and Domestic/Sex Crimes Unit.
