RIDGEFIELD, CT — There's a school of thought that upholds you can never have enough tapas bars in your town, and it is beginning to appear as though Ridgefield subscribes to it.
Bistro Mediterranean and Tapas Bar has placed signage up at the former Ritz Asia location on 896 Ethan Allen Highway. It will be Bistro Mediterranean's fourth location in the area, following restaurants at Westbrook, Norwalk and East Haven, according to their website.
