Obituary: Anna May (Scarpetti) Frulla, 91, Of Ridgefield
A longtime resident of Ridgefield, Mrs. Frulla was a faithful parishioner of Saint Mary's Church.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Anna May (Scarpetti) Frulla, 91, of Ridgefield, died peacefully at Hancock Hall Nursing Home in Danbury on Friday, July 21, 2023. She was the loving wife of the late Alfredo "Fred" Frulla.
Mrs. Frulla was born in Bridgeport on October 7, 1931; a daughter of the late Mariano and Ermenia (Rossi) Scarpetti.

A longtime resident of Ridgefield, Mrs. Frulla was a faithful parishioner of Saint Mary's Church. She loved her work as a medical secretary and enjoyed working into her eighties for Dr. Robert Ruxin and Dr. George Cohen. As well as spending time at Saint Mary's Adoration Chapel, Mrs. Frulla enjoyed cooking, gardening, knitting and playing cards with her friends.
Mrs. Frulla is survived by her two sons: Mark Frulla and his wife, Karen and Robert Frulla. In addition, Mrs. Frulla is survived by her grandchildren: Gabrielle Frulla, Michael Frulla and his wife, Rose and David Frulla and his wife, Rebaccah as well as two great grandchildren: Flannery Anne Frulla and Ignatia Mae Frulla. Mrs. Frulla's grandchildren and great grandchildren were truly the light of her life.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Kane Funeral Home; 25 Catoonah Street, Ridgefield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Saint Mary's Church; 55 Catoonah Street, Ridgefield. Interment will follow in Saint Mary's Cemetery; 110 North Street, Ridgefield.
