Obituary: Marjorie A. Tango, 88, Of Ridgefield
A longtime resident of Ridgefield, Mrs. Tango was a parishioner of Saint Mary's Church.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Marjorie A. Tango, 88, of Ridgefield, died peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2023. She was the loving wife of the late Richard M. Tango.
Mrs. Tango was born on September 12, 1934 in Norwalk; a daughter of the late Russell and Catherine (Domato) O’Hara. Mrs. Tango spent her school years in Danbury, before moving to Mount Vernon, NY, where she met her husband. After a time in Pennsylvania, they moved to Ridgefield in 1968.

A longtime resident of Ridgefield, Mrs. Tango was a parishioner of Saint Mary’s Church. She was a member and past president of the Newcomers Club and also worked part time in the Town Hall in the Town Clerk’s Office as well as JR Interiors.
Mrs. Tango is survived by her two sons; Rick and Todd (and his wife Ana Coste Tango) as well as her grandchildren, Caitlin Tango, Lauren Tango, Connor Tango, Lily Tango and Jameson Tango.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Tango was predeceased by a daughter, Wendy, granddaughter, Molly and daughter-in-law Ginny (Polintan) Tango.
