Readers' Choice Winner: Sagi Cucina Italiana

Ridgefield Patch readers have cast their votes and found one business that's been serving up Italian food in the heart of the downtown area to be their favorite choice:

The Catoonah Street restaurant claimed 29 percent of Ridgefield's 41 votes. Runners-up in the new, weekly poll include (19 percent) and (13 percent).

And Ridgefield Patch readers were sure to weigh in with more suggestions that found their way into the contest, such as these:

My fav is Piccolos. Why not on the list of choices? Good food. Good music. Nice people. Very helpful to the town, always donating to charity events.

Next week, Ridgefield Patch is looking for the "Readers' Choice: Best Preschool." The voting begins Monday morning.
