Real Estate Issues Will Be In Forefront At Ridgefield Public Hearing

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Town of Ridgefield will be holding a formal public hearing Oct. 6 on three real estate matters.
Developer Pyramid Luxury Homes has requested to purchase an unimproved portion of Spectacle Lane to be used for a private driveway.
A Declaration of Conservation Easement pertaining to 27.34 acres on North Salem Road has been filed.
A Declaration of Open Space request has been filed for various land parcels totaling 1,059 acres to be managed under the jurisdiction of the Ridgefield Conservation Commission.
The hearing will be held in the Conference Room at Town Hall, 400 Main Street, Ridgefield at 7:30 p.m. The public hearing will also be livestreamed here.
