The Ridgefield A Better Chance program is seeking a live-in Resident Director.
This position provides a compassionate, steady presence in the Scholars’ home in Ridgefield, and is responsible for daily operations, mentorship, and creating a safe, supportive, family-like environment where female high school students can thrive.
