Ridgefield Board of Selectmen Seek Residents to Review Potential for 30-Acre Former Schlumberger Property

Board of Selectman to Form Citizen's Committee to Discuss Future of Former Schlumberger Property.

RIDGEFIELD, CT, DECEMBER 4, 2014—The Ridgefield Board of Selectmen are seeking residents interested in researching and reviewing potential uses for the 30-acre former Schlumberger property. Candidates must be electors of the Town and should have the ability to meet on a regular basis for this long-term assignment. This Committee of nine will work with a Planner/Planning Company to review all potential options and aspects of the future of the property.

Expertise in land use is welcome but not necessary for all candidates. Please contact the First Selectman’s office at 431-2774 or selectman@ridgefieldct.org if interested.
