Ridgefield To End Rent Assistance Program

RIDGEFIELD, CT — First Selectman Rudy Marconi has announced that the Ridgefield Responds Residential Rent Assistance Program will conclude on July 31.

The program was put into place in early April in order for those financially impacted by COVID-19 who needed help with residential rental payments.

"We have heard from many people who have let us know that this program has been like a lifeline during this very difficult period," Marconi said. "We are very grateful to the generous donors who have provided the funds to make this program possible."

Those who still need assistance should contact Ridgefield Social Services at 203-431-2777 to learn about other available programs.
