Ridgefield Fourth of July Festivities
The annual fireworks will be held this weekend.

The Ridgefield Fourth of July fireworks will be held July 4 at Ridgefield High School.
The gates open at 6 p.m. with fireworks set to begin at dusk. The Air National Guard Band of the Northeast will play from 7-8:30 p.m.
Residents are asked to pick up their parking passes at Town Hall, Fairfield County Bank or at the Chamber of Commerce. Passes are $20 each and are required.

Parking will be available at Ridgefield High School, Barlow Mountain Elementary School and Scotland Elementary School. Shuttle buses will be provided to and from Barlow Mountain and Scotland Elementary.
Handicapped parking will be available at the high school.

Residents will not be admitted without a parking pass. No grills or alcohol will be permitted at the event.
The rain date for the event is July 5 and any changes to the fireworks will be announced on the town Facebook page.
