Ridgefield High School Auditorium Project May Cost $2-$3 Million
The topic of the school's auditorium was discussed at this month's Economic Development Commission meeting.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — At the January Economic and Community Development Commission meeting, Commissioner Geoffrey Morris said Ridgefield High School Music Director Mike McNamara had approached him about how to find a way to help with a renovation of the RHS auditorium, according to meeting minutes.
"The music department and the Ridgefield Symphony have talked about how to raise funds to do a major renovation and would like to explore ways to create a private non-profit group similar to the one that handled the renovation of Tiger Hollow," meeting minutes state. "Rough estimates are $2 million to $3 million for new lights, new sound system, improved acoustics, and possibly a separate entrance."
