Ridgefield Ledges Road Acreage Approved for Sell-Off
The proposed parcel of land would be subdivided as a potential building lot.

RIDGEFIELD, CT -- Voters approved the sell-off of three acres on Ledges Road as a building lot at a special Town Meeting on May 9. The proposed parcel of land would be subdivided as a potential building lot from 28 acres the Conservation Commission acquired in 2012, according to the Ridgefield Press.
The original large lot was purchased as open space, but with an understanding that three acres might be sold to help replenish the open space fund, which now sits now at about $236,000.
