Ridgefield PD Seeks Public's Aid In Investigation Of Stolen Cars

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Ridgefield police Department is seeking the public's assistance in its investigation of the theft of two motor vehicles.

During the early morning hours on Sunday, a green 2018 Toyota Rav4 and a blue 2012 Acura MDX were stolen from residences in the Circle Drive and North Salem Road areas in Ridgefield.

Neither of the vehicles were locked.

"While most of the past stolen vehicles have been recovered after a short time, we continue to urge all residents to be diligent with securing your vehicles and removing your personal effects overnight," Major Shawn Platt said.
