Ridgefield Police Called In When Bubble Wrap Goes Rogue
The disturbance was reported near Olmstead Lane in Ridgefield.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Police received a call reporting "shots fired" on Friday morning near Olmstead Lane, but the alarm proved false, the Connecticut Post is reporting.
The noises mistaken for gun shots were actually the sounds of a stray sheet of bubble wrap being "popped" by passing cars.
