Ridgefield Residents Run in the Boston Marathon
Seven Ridgefield residents are participating in the race this year.
It’s a rainy and chilly morning in Boston but the 119th Boston Marathon is underway.
Seven Ridgefield residents are part of the group of runners making their way from from Hopkinton, Mass. to the finish line in Boston.
Jennifer Hansen, 37, Lori Hongach, 37, Christine Marinaccio, 44, Larry Reilly, 51, Megan M. Searfross, 50, Katherine G. Smith, 46 and Tim Urbanz, 45 are local residents taking part in the 26-mile race.

A post race party that begins at 6:30 p.m. will be held at Fenway Park.
