Ridgefield Rotary Club Announces Online Raffle

The Taste of Ridgefield is an event that builds business for participants while raising funds for the Ridgefield Rotary High School Scholarship Program, to help local high school students go to a college of their dreams and Rotary’s Community grants to non-profit organizations. This one fundraiser accounts for roughly 80% of the total funds raised each year by the Rotary to support the Ridgefield community
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Taste of Ridgefield unfortunately had to be cancelled.
In its place, Ridgefield Rotary has pivoted to an online raffle that will help local restaurants by raffling off gift certificates to them in a very big and creative way.
RRRESTAFFLE, as the fundraiser is named, will have a grand prize of $2,500 paid in $100 gift certificates to 25 local restaurants, a second prize of $1,250, paid in $50 gift certificates to the same 25 local restaurants, and 8 additional prizes of $100 each for use at a local participating restaurant of the winner’s choice. Gift certificates may be used for dine-in or carryout/delivery orders.
Total of all prizes is $4,550. Ticket price is a mere $20. The total tickets sold will be limited to 2250 and the proceeds once again will support the Ridgefield Rotary High School Scholarship and the Town Grants Program.
