Ridgefield Town Clerk Intros New Land Management Database

The new system should make it easier for title searchers, attorneys, real estate agents, and the public to find what they are looking for.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Office of the Town Clerk has implemented a new land records management system.

The new system, Solution, from Info Quick Solutions, has an "extensive and user-friendly search program that makes it easier for title searchers, attorneys, real estate agents, and the public to find the information they are seeking easily and quickly," a town spokesperson posted on Facebook.

Town Clerk Wendy Gannon Lionetti stated, “I feel confident that the people who visit our office regularly to search the land records will find this system an easy to learn, efficient and thorough program. We are confident that this program will save Town Clerk staff time, thereby enabling us the ability to serve the public more efficiently.”
