Ridgefield Zoners Approve Landscaping Business on Highview Drive
The owner asked for and received permission to keep two trailers and a sander on the side of his property
RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a special permit for a home-based landscaping business last week, the Ridgefield Press is reporting.
The business/homeowner Patrick Biehl asked for and received permission to keep two trailers and a sander on the side of his property at 44 Highview Drive. Neighbors complained last fall about equipment and debris left about the property, making it necessary for Biehl to seek the special permit.
The Commission's approval remains contingent upon Biehl remaining the only employee, and limiting his trips with his trailers on and off the property to six times a week.
