This week's Ridgefielder is enjoying her summer working at the Burrito Shack in Wilton and searching for a college where she can study photography.

Name: Victoria Palazzo
Age: 17
Occupation: Student and cashier at the Burrito Shack in Wilton. I also work at in Ridgefield. It’s a daycare center.
Tell us a little about yourself:
I go to . I will be a senior this year. I am on the Dance Team, and I do Saferides when I’m not at school.
How long have you lived in Ridgefield?
I’ve lived here my whole life, so for 17 years.
What is your favorite aspect of Ridgefield?
It’s a really close community. Everybody knows everybody. There is a lot to do and there is always somewhere to hang out.
What keeps you here?
Well, my family and the fact that I’m seventeen, but I am looking out- of-state for college. I am looking at arts schools and I plan to study .
What do you do for fun in Ridgefield?
I like to compete with my Dance Team and I like shopping. I like to hang out with my friends and we like to go swimming, shopping, to the movies and out to lunch.
Do you volunteer?
I volunteer at and I help put teas together.
