Route 35 Bridge Traffic Slowdown to Continue This Week

RIDGEFIELD, CT --- The on-again-off-again alternating one-way traffic necessary to accommodate construction along the Route 35 bridge near the Fox Hill condos is back in effect all this week. The original plans called for the snarls to hit last week, but First Selectman Rudy Marconi's announced via the official Twitter page for the town that the Connecticut State Department of Transportation indicated the alternating traffic would proceed through Friday this week instead.
The DOT predicts the construction will conclude in May.
