RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Board of Finance has re-elected Chairman Dave Ulmer and Vice Chairwoman Jessica Mancini to their offices for 2019, the Ridgefield Press has reported
Ulmer, who has led the board since 2012, and Mancini, who is serving her second term as vice chair, are both Democrats.
