Police ID Prospector Theater Rock Throwers: REPORT
The Prospector Theater has announced that the Ridgefield Police have identified the school boys who threw a rock through their window
RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Prospector Theater has announced that the Ridgefield Police have identified the parties responsible for throwing a rock through their window on Friday night.
Theater representatives reported on Facebook that police have identified the "middle school boys from Ridgefield" responsible for the damage. Their hope is that those responsible will contact the theater before the police name and apprehend them.
"Please come to us before the Police come to you. The Police will come soon. Trust us, you would rather turn this in to a positive than the alternative!" the theater warns on social media.

The lobby window of the theater was smashed with a rock at 7:13 p.m. on Friday, March 29. The theater reported that police identified the parties responsible shortly afterward as a result of their good police work and "more security cameras on Prospect Street than a Hollywood set."
"Don’t be scared! We are not mad!" the theater wrote on social media, addressing the unnamed vandals. "We are sad but happy you will want to come to the theater and speak to Prospects about how this impacted them, and listen to the struggles and bullying they have faced in their lives."
