Calling All Volunteers! Have a love for Ridgefield and its history? The Historical Society invites you to join its team! There are many exciting ways to participate, either on an ongoing basis or for special events. Share your talents or learn some new skills while making a vital contribution to the success of the Historical Society, both at the Scott House and the Peter Parley Schoolhouse. Training will be provided. For more details about specific positions, visit ridgefieldhistoricalsociety.org/volunteer.

Office hours at the Scott House are typically Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1 to 5 pm. If you have a particular interest, please feel free to discuss it with us by calling 203-438-5821 or emailing ridgefieldhistory@sbcglobal.net.

Founded in 2002, the Ridgefield Historical Society’s mission is to preserve, interpret, and foster public knowledge of Ridgefield’s historical, cultural, and architectural heritage. Thank you for your interest!
