Wooster School Debate Club Takes Third Place
Riley '20 and Isha '21 won each of their 3 debates taking third place in the Novice Debate Competition, which included 96 competitors.
On Saturday, October 13, four teams from Wooster School’s Debate Club competed in their first debate at Academy of Information Technology & Engineering (AITE) in Stamford, CT.
Riley Damiano '20 and Isha Patel '21 won each of their 3 debates taking third place in the Novice Debate Competition, which included 96 competitors making up 48 teams from 10 schools. Their win means they move up to the varsity level and qualify for the State Competition in March.
Congratulations to Riley and Isha, and to all our debaters who performed admirably. Go Generals!
