RIDGEFIELD, CT — Forty-nine new businesses registered with the state in Ridgefield in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Real estate holding companies made up a large share of the list, including 10 separate LLCs registered on July 12 by the same filer at 36 Old Trolley Road, each tied to a different property address. Farther from the ordinary was Sound Side Yacht Brokerage & Services L.L.C., which registered under the marinas category at 56 Remington Road on July 30.
The month also brought a nail salon, Monet Nails & Spa Inc. on Main Street, and a clothing retailer, No AI Inside, LLC, on Danbury Road. A mental health practice, Peter Guglielmo LCSW, LADC, LLC, opened on Olcott Way. Archive of Contemporary Music Co. registered twice during the month, first on July 22 and again on July 27, both times at 650 Danbury Road. Consulting, real estate brokerage and personal care rounded out the rest of the filings.
State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
