Zoners Rule On Ridgefield Bed And Breakfast: Report
Residents spoke out on the project over the course of three public hearings, many opposed to the proposed Bed and Breakfast.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Despite significant public pushback, Ridgefield's Planning and Zoning comission motioned to draft a resolution of approval for a bed and breakfast on Circle Drive, reports the Ridgefield Press.
The commission voted 6-1 with Stephen Cole dissenting and Mark Zeck abstaining. Residents spoke at length over the course of three public hearings, much of whom were against the project.
