2 Men, Including Rocky Hill Resident, Shot, Killed: Reports

NEW BRITAIN, CT — Two people died after they were shot at an apartment complex at 57 Walnut Ave. in New Britain, according to NBC Connecticut.

Michael Jackson, 33, of Rocky Hill, and Conrad Jones, 24, of New Haven, were both found shot, NBC CT reported. The incident occurred on Monday afternoon.

Police said both men knew one another and were "engaged in an active dispute," WFSB 3 TV reported.

"Both males were armed and the conflict escalated to where they exchanged gun fire,” police said, according to a WFSB 3 TV report. Police are investigating.
