$862 Million Up For Grabs In 'Power' Lottery Drawings
Two "Mega Power" jackpots are still up for grabs with a combined payout of $862 million, Connecticut Lottery officials said.

ROCKY HILL, CT – Two "Mega Power" jackpots are still up for grabs with a combined payout of $862 million, Connecticut Lottrery Ofdficials said Thursday.
Players have a chance to win an estimated $548 million Mega Millions jackpot with a cash lump sum option of $309.2 million Friday night.
Plus, the Powerball jackpot for Saturday is estimated at $314 million, with a cash lump sum option of $179.4 million.

The $548 million Mega Millions estimated jackpot is the third largest in the game’s history and the ninth largest in the U.S jackpot history.
The last time Mega Millions jackpot was hit was July 24, 2018 in California. Friday will be the 23rd draw in the current jackpot run. The overall odds of winning a Mega Millions prize are 1 in 24.0. Odds of winning the jackpot are approximately 1 in 303 million.

The last time the Powerball jackpot was hit was August 11, 2018 in New York. Saturday will be the 18th draw in the current jackpot run. To date, there have been six Powerball jackpots won this year. The overall odds of winning a Powerball prize are 1 in 24.9. Odds of winning the jackpot are approximately 1 in 292 million.
