Authorities say he collected disability benefits while allegedly passing a police agility test elsewhere, and the case will proceed in Norwich court while Rocky Hill remains the hub for the investigation.

• Bridgeport business owner faces workers' comp charge after employee injured at job site (fox61.com) — State officials say a Bridgeport business owner lacking valid workers' comp coverage surrendered at the Rocky Hill Police Department on August 21 and now faces a felony charge. The case, involving an employee injured at a West Haven job site, will be prosecuted by the Workers' Compensation Fraud Control Unit while the owner remains presumed innocent.
