• Racist graffiti found in Rocky Hill, Wethersfield; police believe cases connected (wfsb.com) — Racist and antisemitic graffiti was spray-painted overnight on Rocky Hill street signs, fences, and even car tires, prompting neighbors to quickly organize a cleanup. Police believe similar vandalism in Wethersfield is connected and are asking Rocky Hill residents near the damaged areas to review overnight security footage and share any information that might help identify those responsible.
   

• Top Connecticut high school girls swimming and diving top performances through Sept. 19 (ctpost.com) — A Rocky Hill High School senior swimmer, Gabriella Remiszewski, earned recognition for strong early-season performances in the 200 individual medley and 100 breaststroke. The statewide roundup also notes Bristol and other schools' standout swimmers, including a Bristol athlete who helped defeat Rocky Hill in a recent meet.
