ROCKY HILL, CT — Police are hoping the public can help identify a man involved in an incident with a dog this month.
The incident happened Sept. 14 on Pheasant Drive at 7:43 p.m. and involved a man and a large, brown dog of unknown breed, police said.
Police did not release any additional information about what happened.
Investigators would like to interview the man, police said.
Residents are being asked to check their home security footage to see if they have any images which would help identify the individual.
