6 Stevens Place #6, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $329,900: The listing describes this 1974 condo as fully renovated. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops and a bay-windowed eat-in area. The living room has a fireplace and a slider to a spacious deck. Updates listed include new energy-efficient windows, fresh paint, new flooring and carpet, and a new water heater. Orchard Street and Cromwell Avenue both offer extra living space downstairs, one with a summer kitchen and one with a private-entrance efficiency. The two condos, $285,000 and $329,900, each have a fireplace and a finished lower level. If you can't make it Saturday, Cedar Hollow Drive opens again Sunday at noon.
