• CREC receives nearly $320K to help attendance (bristolpress.com) — Families connected to CREC's Academy of Aerospace & Engineering Elementary School in Rocky Hill may benefit from nearly $320,000 in new state funding aimed at improving student attendance. Through the LEAP program, home visitors and support staff will work directly with families facing transportation, health, or housing challenges, with the goal of keeping more Greater Hartford students consistently in class.
