Preparation for the program:- Find a place you can sit, stand and move around in with your child or children. - Find something that you and your child can each shake. It can be an egg shaker, a box of macaroni taped shut, a plastic bottle with lentils inside or anything else you create. Make sure to always supervise your child when they are using the shaker. If you can't find anything, you can just shake your hands for that part.
