Belden Library To Host Parent Program Series: How To Help Your Child Become A Great Sleeper
The Zoom session will take place on Jan. 7.
Thursday, Jan. 7, 8:30 pm
Is your child a restless sleeper? Does your child have trouble falling or staying asleep? Join us for a short presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session, to talk about ways to help your child sleep better. Leading the discussion will be Lynelle Schneeberg, Psy.D., pediatric sleep psychologist, an assistant professor at the Yale School of Medicine, and the director of the behavioral sleep program at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Schneeberg is also the author of Become Your Child's Sleep Coach: The Bedtime Doctor’s 5-Step Guide, Ages 3-10.
