Learn the secrets of baking like a professional! On a weekly basis participants will watch a video lesson from The Great Course titled “The Everyday Gourmet: Baking Pastries and Desserts”, which is taught by master pastry chef Professor Stephen L. Durfee from the world's premiere culinary college, The Culinary Institute of America. Participants are encouraged to follow along using the video lessons as well as the techniques and recipes included in the course’s detailed guidebook, to create their own awesome desserts and pastries, and then share their successes and experiences on our Let’s Bake Together Facebook Group.
