Belden Library's Next Choose Your Own Adventure Club Online With Zoom Session Set For July 13

From the Cora J. Belden Library:

Monday, Jul. 13, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Each week we will read a story together and you get to vote on how we progress through the story. Will you survive or will your character be on the verge of disaster? Don’t like the ending? Should we try again? Then we will follow up with a fun activity. Each participant will get a bag of supplies.

Club Kit for Week 3 will be available beginning July 6. Participants who participate in at least 3 of the 5 weeks will get a free Choose Your Own Adventure book. Recommended for 3rd-5th grade, Week 3: Mystery of the Maya Activity: Create a Pyramid

Please register for each week separately. You will receive two emails. One will confirm your registration for the event. The second will confirm your kit is ready and you can pick it up during Library 2 Go hours. Please provide adult supervision of the materials and during the activity time. Must register by 8am the day of the program to ensure processing of the kit prior to 2pm. Once you have arrived at the library to pick up the kit, call 860-258-7623. Give them your name and library card number. Then you will be able to pick up your kit in the entryway. Kits will be available one week before the day of the program.

Library 2 Go hours:

Monday - Tuesday: 9:30 am - 7:45 pm

Wednesday - Friday: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
