Black Bear Spotted In Rocky Hill: Police
Residents are urged to exercise caution if they encounter the bear.
ROCKY HILL, CT — The police department on Tuesday urged residents to be cautious following a bear sighting.
The alert went out Tuesday shortly before 2 p.m.
According to police, the bear was spotted in the area of Whitewood Drive.

The bear has previously been tagged by the state Department of Energy & Environmental Protection, police said.
