I am happy to report that the Red Cross Blood Drive sponsored by the Fire Museum today was a success.
In spite of the weather and excessive cold, the Red Cross was able to draw 19 pints of blood.
The Red Cross desperately is in need of blood at this time of the year and were extremely appreciative of the Fire Museum’s willingness to sponsor a blood drive.

For all those who participated by giving blood, thank you very much.
Special thanks to the Red Cross workers and Fire Police Sandy Baker who was responsible for organizing and manning the registration table from 9:00am-3:30pm.
