Connecticut Lottery Resumes Operations In Rocky Hill Headquarters

ROCKY HILL, CT / November 4, 2020 – The CT Lottery has resumed its operations out of its Rocky Hill headquarters at 777 Brook Street, following yesterday's closure of that facility for thorough cleaning.

Please note when visiting CT Lottery headquarters that we are following CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing.

• Prizes up to $599 may be claimed in-person at CT Lottery retailers, by mail, or in person at CT Lottery Headquarters (with restrictions), or by drop-off. For mail-in instructions, visit www.CTLottery.org/ClaimPrize.
• Prizes up to $5,000 may be claimed in-person at High-Tier Claim centers, by mail, or in-person at CT Lottery Headquarters (with restrictions), or by drop-off.
• Prizes $5,001 - $9,999 may be claimed by mail, in-person at CT Lottery Headquarters (with restrictions), or by drop-off.
• Prizes $10,000 - $49,999 may be made by mail, by drop-off, or in-person at the CT Lottery Headquarters in Rocky Hill (by appointment if desired*).
• Prizes $50,000 and above must be made in-person at the CT Lottery Headquarters in Rocky Hill (by appointment if desired*).

*To make an appointment, claimants should call (860) 713-2680.
