We'll gather on the lawn, warm up with some dancing songs, read Big Dance together, and then try out our own dance moves.

Celebrate StoryWalk® Week, November 15-20, 2021 by moving with the story, Big Dance written and illustrated by Aoife Greenham, published by Child’s Play, International, LTD. Special thanks to Curiousity City and Child’s Play for providing this story. Visit the library anytime beginning Monday, November 15 to read and dance along with this story that will be displayed outside on the library lawn. Scan the QR code to participate in a brief survey to enter your name in a drawing for a $10 gift card to Scoops and Sprinkles. Looking for more fun? Check out the scavenger hunt that highlights different dance moves.

Want to join with others as we read and dance along with this story? Join us Saturday, November 20th at 2pm. We’ll gather on the lawn, warm up with some dancing songs, read Big Dance together, and then try out our own dance moves. Recommended for the whole family, especially kids ages 2-7! Please pre-register to participate in this Saturday event. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be presented online via Zoom.
