Submit your coloring or artwork anytime during the month of December and get entered into a chance to win a gift card to Scoops & Sprinkles! Your art can be submitted anytime by e-mail to mmurphy@rockyhillct.gov or by mailing to the library. All forms of submissions are acceptable - scan and upload your document, take a picture with your phone or camera, whatever is easier for you! Please include your contact information so we can include you in the raffle, which will be a random drawing all of participants. Your artwork will also be displayed in an online gallery where everyone can see your awesome work!
