CT Lottery Officials Announce Free Ticket Promotion

ROCKY HILL, CT — Connecticut Lottery officials have announced a special promotion that involves a free ticket.

From Sunday, May 6, through Saturday, May 19, when players buy 5 Powerball games on a single ticket, they will receive a free $1 Cash5 Quick Pick Ticket.

Players can go to any CT Lottery retailer and participate in the promotion, officials said.

Overall Powerball odds are 1 in 24.9. Jackpot odds are 1 in 292,201,338.

Cash5, one of Connecticut’s longest running games, drawings occur every night with chances to win $100,000. Overall odds of winning Cash5 are 1 in 72.1.
