Health District Offering Free Food Safety Training For Residents

The Central Connecticut Health District, serving Berlin, Newington, Rocky Hill and Wethersfield, will be hosting a free food safety training

Do you plan on cooking for a crowd this holiday season? If so, the Central Connecticut Health District (CCHD) has the perfect training for you!

CCHD, serving the towns of Berlin, Newington, Rocky Hill and Wethersfield, will be hosting a hands-on, free holiday food safety training. The purpose of this training is to provide tips and techniques for safe food handling, cooling and storage. The trainings will be held at your local library on the following dates and times:

Wethersfield: Wethersfield Public Library, 515 Silas Deane Highway
